OLYMPIA FIELDS, Ill. – The first week of the FedEx Cup Playoffs did not disappoint in terms of high powered action as Dustin Johnson stormed his way through the field on his way to a 30-under-par score.

Some of the top picks heading into the week will be using their past experience on this course to bring in a sense of familiarity.

Bryson DeChambeau (+1200) played well last week to make the cut into this tournament but did not have his usual confidence or swagger around the course that has defined his 2020 campaign.

Hopefully, DeChambeau can bring that back this week at Olympia Fields. One of the last times this course was played was the 2015 US Amateur Championship, which Bryson won.

Also in that tournament was Jon Rahm (+1000) who takes his regular place in the top group of golfers. Rahm has been consistent since his win at the Memorial but will need to make up some strokes to make the Tour Championship.

Other names of the note in the field include Justin Thomas (+1200), Colin Morikawa (+2200), Daniel Berger (+2200), and Tiger Woods (+4000).

JT and Morikawa are still two of the best bets for the rest of this season going forward, Both have proved they have the talent to win any tournament they compete in.

Berger had a great week last week and seems to have the right stuff going forward, and of course, it would be unfair to not mention Tiger Woods who played more consistently than usual last week.

Regardless of which golfers get the most action this weekend, fans and bettors are in for another exciting week on the course.
