Most Valuable NFL Draft Betting Markets: No. 3, No. 5 Picks

  • Arvell Reese is the favorite (+160) to get selected third overall, but there’s plenty of talk that the Arizona Cardinals will take Jeremiyah Love (+195) if they can’t trade back.
  • The fifth overall pick market also offers value with +325 odds for Arizona State wide receiver Jordyn Tyson to reunite with former teammate Cam Skattebo in New York.

PITTSBURGH – The most valuable NFL Draft betting markets are the third overall and fifth overall picks. Betting odds at USA online sportsbooks favor Arvell Reese at three, but if the Arizona Cardinals are unable to find a suitor to trade back, they expect to take Jeremiyah Love at +195 odds.

Number 3 Overall Pick Odds

  • Arvell Reese (OSU) +160
  • Jeremiyah Love (ND) +195
  • David Bailey (STA) +275
  • Francis Mauigoa (MIA) +1200
  • Sonny Styles (OSU) +2500
  • Ty Simpson (ALA) +4000

Despite signing Tyler Allgeier in the offseason and having plenty of other holes, NFL insiders have repeatedly shared that the Cardinals are big on Jeremiyah Love. The value here comes from Arizona being unable to trade back, which is possible considering how much they’ve showed their hand to other teams.

Bet On Jordyn Tyson To Go Fifth Overall +325

The New York Giants own the fifth-overall pick and are favored to take Ohio State linebacker Sonny Styles with +250 odds. However, a reunion between running back Cam Skattebo and former Arizona State teammate Jordyn Tyson has +325 odds at NFL online sportsbooks.

Number 5 Overall Pick Odds

  • Sonny Styles (OSU) +250
  • Caleb Downs (OSU) +325
  • Jordyn Tyson (ASU) +325
  • Jeremiyah Love (ND) +425
  • Arvell Reese (OSU) +1000
  • Carnell Tate (OSU) +1200
  • Francis Mauigoa (MIA) +1200

In NFL Insider Daniel Jeremiah’s final mock draft, he says that “If Love is off the board at No. 5, I think WR Jordyn Tyson would be the pick here.” In a world where the Cardinals can find a trade partner and Jeremiyah Love isn’t taken third overall, fifth would be the next logical landing spot at juicy +425 odds.

For those that believe in the connection but don’t think New York will take Tyson as early as five, there are +300 odds they’ll take Tyson with the 10th overall pick. They recently acquired the pick from the Cincinnati Bengals in exchange for defensive tackle Dexter Lawrence II.
