- France/Poland and Netherlands/Austria kick off the Euro 2024 betting action.
- Denmark/Serbia and England/Slovenia end the day’s action.
MUNICH – With Euro 2024 matches beginning at noon EST, four soccer games hit sportsbooks for action on Tuesday.
The bigger names are favored in all four of these events at USA online sportsbooks, though only Denmark isn’t an outright favorite.
- Noon: France (-420), Poland (+100), Draw (+500)
- Noon: Netherlands (-105), Austria (300), Draw (+225)
- 3 p.m.: Denmark (+135), Serbia (+235), Draw (+230)
- 3 p.m.: England (-300), Slovenia (+900), Draw (+400)
France vs Poland
A draw is all France needs to advance, so one can look for a similar result as the France-Croatia game on Monday.
Still, France hasn’t allowed a goal to be scored against them during the 2024 Euros, despite only sending one into the net in Group play. But, as Poland allowed two or more goals in both of their games, expect France to at least match this level.
Fun fact: In the final match of their last eight group stage events (World Cup and Euros), the French haven’t won any of them (4 losses, 4 draws). However, there is too much power on this French team to overlook, especially with Poland’s Robert Lewandowski seeing limited minutes.
- Best Bet: Halftime / Fulltime France-France (-155)
Netherlands vs Austria
Despite being third in Group D, Austria leads the ranking of third place teams, still eligible for a promotion to the Euro playoffs.
Austria has been in great form, failing to be defeated in their last nine international matches.
But the Dutch team is on a run of their own, having lost only one match in their last nine. Also, they’ve beaten Austria in seven straight matches.
- Best Bet: Xavi Simons to score or assist a goal (+150)
Denmark vs Serbia
Denmark find themselves with their back up against the wall as online soccer sportsbooks seem to have adjusted lines based on this. Having controlled most of their first two Euro matches, the end results were both draws, putting them on the outside looking in.

Need a victory at minimum to advance, Denmark hasn’t seen a W happen in nine of their last 10 group stage matches.
But Serbia isn’t one to threaten Denmark in the last few years, having been outscored 8-1 over three contests.
Even further, Serbia has a W-L-D record of 4-6-3 over the last 13 international matches. Only keeping two clean sheets during that span, Denmark is likely to score multiple goals here.
- Best Bet: Total Denmark Goals Over 1.5 (+143)
England vs Slovenia
Gareth Southgate, England’s manager is getting blasted in some forms of media for the lackluster play of his club.
Despite beating Serbia 1-0, drawing vs Denmark 1-1, and likely advancing, the lack of offensive production continues to haunt England, who haven’t scored more than once in five of their last seven international matches.
But Slovenia is in unfamiliar territory, looking to make the playoffs for the first time in 24 years. Still, they’ve risen to the challenge, having not lost any of their last eight matches (four wins, 4 draws).
Perhaps this is the game England snap their fingers and comes back to normal form?
- Best Bet: England to keep a clean sheet (-145)
