SAN JOSE, Calif. - Fantasy sports provider Monkey Knife Fight has continued to be the fastest-growing fantasy gaming platform in the US despite the global pandemic caused by the coronavirus.

The company was started by Bill Asher and Nic Sulky in 2018. Prior to the pandemic, the company had a 400% year over year growth and has accumulated over 100,000 active users.

The Fantasy Sports Shark, LLC owned company has managed to curate deals with the Milwaukee Brewers, the San Diego Padres, esports company Enthusiast Gaming, and Charley Hoffman, the popular PGA Tour golfer.

There are more deals on the horizon as well, showing that Monkey Knife Fight is remaining aggressive as they push to compete with other fantasy sports providers.

Expanding During A Pandemic

Monkey Knife Fight has been successful in providing its services to over 30 states with DFS during the COVID-19 shutdowns.

The company has also managed to continue its quick rise by signing deals like the partnership with the Milwaukee Brewers.

Bill Asher, the CEO and co-founder of Monkey Knife Fight, refuses to let COVID-19 slow down their progress, describing the company's state as “aggressively open for business” during the pandemic.

“Instead of letting people go, we went out and started to interview and hire and got a couple great programmers who were available,” said Asher. “Rather than hold back, this was the perfect time to reach out to all the people who had very little to do. We created relationships we never could have gotten otherwise.”
