Hamlin has made up for his lack of 2021 checkered flags by notching nine top five finishes and five stage wins.

Hamlin currently sits at 529 points to Truex Jr.’s 454, and it seems like its only a matter of time before Hamlin notches his first win of the season.

Hamlin is the last winner on this track, taking home the W in the 2020 Drydene 311. However, Truex is also a recent winner on this track, crossing the line first in the 2019 Gander RV 400.

In between those races, last year’s Drydene 400 was won by Kyle Larson, who is red hot heading into this weekend.

Larson has already claimed a win this year to go alone with five top five finishes, including last week at Darlington.

His car is routinely one of the fastest in the lead pack, which has him aptly priced at +450 this weekend.

Those looking for more NASCAR betting value  can take shots at other previous winners found in this field like Chase Elliot at +900, Kevin Harvick at +650 and Kyle Busch at +750.

Additionally, the track in Dover this weekend will be offering COVID vaccines to its sold out crowd, noting a positive sentiment from the NASCAR officials.
