  • Matthew Fitzpatrick +2800
  • Sergio Garcia +3300
  • Chris Kirk +5000
  • Cameron Smith +6600
  • Si Woo Kim +10000

There are four golfers with odds below +1000, and each of them represents an intriguing play when wagering on the final day of Players Championship betting.

Those golfers are Lee Westwood, Bryson DeChambeau, Justin Thomas and Jon Rahm.

Lee Westwood, +250

Lee Westwood is currently sitting atop the odds boards and the leaderboard, with +250 odds to win the Players Championship.

He shot a -4 in round three to bring himself to -13 in total and has shot no higher than a 69 during the three days of the Players Championship.

Westwood is not a big name, unlike the other three golfers who are chasing him, and so his odds are a bit lower than what one might for a player with a two-stroke lead who has been performing to this level.

Westwood is poised to make a big jump in the rankings should he maintain this performance for one more round, however.

Bryson DeChambeau, +275

The Scientist has performed at an elite level in this tournament, shooting a -5 in round three to bring him to -11 for the tournament.

His odds find him just behind Westwood, even though he’s two strokes back, as the online sportsbooks have faith in DeChambeau to find a way to get close to Westwood in round four.

DeChambeau has hovered just behind Westwood for much of the tournament, and his consistent performances keep him in contention to win it on Sunday.

Justin Thomas, +500

Justin Thomas, meanwhile, languished in the first two rounds, shooting a pair of 71s, before putting in a 64 in round three, which is eight under par.

Thomas’ spectacular round three puts him third on the odds boards, and tied for third on the leaderboard, at -10.

If Thomas manages to shoot another round like that, it’s hard to bet against him, and he might be beginning to figure this course out.

Jon Rahm, +900

Jon Rahm is the final golfer with odds shorter than +1000, and he’s actually sitting at -9, behind Doug Ghim, who has +1800 odds at -10.

The reason why Rahm is higher up on the odds board is obvious - he’s a better golfer than Ghim.

Rahm is currently ranked second in the OWGR, and these odds are giving him the nod as a talented golfer who is four strokes behind the leader.

+900 seems about fair for a golfer as good as Rahm is, but who is also as far behind a well-performing leader as he is.

Golf betting fans can find solid wagers on many of the participants remaining in this tournament, but the four favorites are the most likely to cash.
